All our supplies and services are subject to the following sales, supply, and payment conditions. |

All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements which are subject to these general conditions, and moreover these general conditions, are exclusively subject to Dutch law. |
2. The Ultrasound Voucher
|

2.1 |
The name The Ultrasound Voucher and The Ultrasound Vouchers of £15, £25 and £50 have been registered with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property in The Hague. The Ultrasound Voucher is an international registered mark; it is published in the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) Gazette of International Marks No.: 2008/34 No. 972 278 (please see: www.wipo.int) |

The Ultrasound Voucher is therefore exclusively authorised to issue national gift vouchers for ultrasound scans and associated products. |

2.3 |
The Ultrasound Vouchers can be exchanged for ultrasound scans and associated products from the affiliated ultrasound clinics, which are listed on the website www. ultrasoundvoucher.co.uk. |
|
2.4 |
Customers can pay (a part of) the costs of the affiliated ultrasound clinics with the Ultrasound Vouchers with a value of £15, £25 or £50, or multiples of such. No money will be refunded on the Ultrasound Vouchers. |
|
2.5 |
The Ultrasound Vouchers are valid for an unlimited period of time and are transferable. |
|
2.6 |
The Ultrasound Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. |
|
2.7
|
Reproduction and/or copying is prohibited. |
|
2.8 |
The Ultrasound Voucher is only valid if the counterfoil is still attached. |
3. Prices
All prices listed are in GBP, VAT included.
Postage and handling charged are excluded.
4. Postage and handling charges

4.1
|
The Ultrasound Voucher will apply a postage charge for the sending of the Ultrasound Vouchers. |
|
4.2
|
The postage and handling charge in the United Kingdom will be £2.50 for an order of up to £100 of Ultrasound Vouchers. |
|
4.3
|
For an order of more than £100 of Ultrasound Vouchers, the postage and handling charge will be £5.00. |
|
4.4
|
Orders will be sent in an envelope or parcel depending on the number of Ultrasound Vouchers ordered. |
5. Payment
|

|
5.1
|
After ordering via the website, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately, which will give details of your order and the total amount of costs, including the postage and handling charge. |

5.2
|
Orders will only be delivered after payment has been received. You can pay: |
|
5.3
|
directly and online via Paypal or Credit Card or |
|
5.4 |
by bank transfer via a bank. Payment must be received in full within 7 working days after the order date, after which the order will be sent. The Ultrasound Voucher will reserve the ordered National Ultrasound Vouchers for you during this period. If The National Ultrasound Voucher has not received payment by the end of this period the National Ultrasound Vouchers will be released for sale. |

5.5 |
The Ultrasound Voucher will send you a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your payment has been received. |
6. Delivery

6.1 |
All orders will be dispatched to Royal Mail for delivery within six working days after receipt of the payment. |
|
6.2
|
If for one reason or another it is not possible to dispatch the gift vouchers to Royal Mail within 6 working days, then you will be contacted by telephone or by e-mail. |

6.3
|
You will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch. |
|
6.4 |
Royal Mail will as a rule make delivery the following day, on the condition the delivery address is within the United Kingdom. |

6.5 |
All Ultrasound Vouchers are supplied from stock. If, however, an Ultrasound Voucher should temporarily be out of stock, then you will be notified about this immediately. If The Ultrasound Voucher is unable, or only partially able, to complete your order within 30 days, you will be notified about this and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order free of charge. |

6.6

The Ultrasound Voucher is not liable for any exceedance of the stated supply period or loss or damage by Royal Mail. |
7. Returns

7.1 |
The Ultrasound Vouchers that have been paid for and delivered cannot be returned. The Ultrasound Vouchers are valid for an unlimited period of time and are transferable. |

7.2
|
If a customer has received a (partially) wrong order, The Ultrasound Voucher will make sure the correct order is sent. |
8. Liability
|

|
8.1 |
Any complaints can be made to us in writing or by e-mail. |
|
8.2 |
The Ultrasound Voucher is not responsible for typing, layout, or printing errors, as a result of which an incorrect sales price is inadvertently communicated. If such a circumstance should arise, the price will be corrected by The Ultrasound Voucher as quickly as possible.

8.3 |
The Ultrasound Voucher cannot be held liable for any colour differences due to the quality of monitor displays. |
|
8.4 |
The Ultrasound Voucher accepts no (medical) liability for the ultrasound scans etc. carried out by the affiliated ultrasound clinics. |
9. Force Majeure
Notwithstanding its other rights, The Ultrasound Voucher has the right in the event of force majeure, at its own discretion, to either suspended the execution of the order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by informing you of such in writing, and without The Ultrasound Voucher liable to pay any compensation for damages, unless this under the given circumstances would be unacceptable according to the criteria of reasonableness and fairness.
10. Privacy-statement
All personal details shall exclusively be used by The Ultrasound Voucher and shall not be made available to third parties, unless this is necessary for payment transactions and the delivery of the order.
11. Enquiries
The Ultrasound Voucher aims to satisfy its customers. Should you have any enquiries or complaints about the services and/or products, then please inform us about such by telephone or by e-mail.
